Nathan

Owner and President of Burnell’s, Nathan began working in the store in 2006, continuing a proud family legacy as a third-generation jeweler. His grandfather, Aloysius Regan, opened Regan Jewelers in Garden City, Kansas, in 1934, and his father took over in 1977. With jewelry in his blood, Nathan is known for his strong work ethic, professionalism, and discerning eye for design. A skilled goldsmith, he has earned numerous design awards and is a Jewelers of America Certified Bench Jeweler and Senior Management Certified. He also serves on the board of the Independent Jeweler’s Organization.Nathan has a deep passion for creating one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect each customer’s vision, blending artistry with precision. Outside of work, he’s a husband, uncle, and dog dad who enjoys golf and devours audiobooks.

Kristi

Kristi is the creative force behind Burnell’s brand, overseeing buying, e-commerce, events, and marketing. With a background in art direction, graphic/web design, she brings a sharp eye for style and detail to everything. Passionate about fashion and fine jewelry, Kristi is also an avid traveler, mediocre golfer, the fun aunt to six, dog mom to two, and proud wife to Nathan.

Sean

Sean has been with Burnell’s for over 10 years and brings more than two decades of jewelry experience to the role of Sales Manager. Known for his sense of humor and easygoing nature, he specializes in helping bridal customers find the perfect ring. Outside of work, Sean enjoys running ultra-marathons, playing drums at open jams, and being a grandpa.

Robin

Known as “The Fairy Godmother of Jewelry,” Robin has been in the business for nearly 40 years. A former co-owner of Burnell’s, she holds a Gemologist degree from GIA. Semi-retired, she works one day a week helping customers and doing appraisals. She is active in the local art community, and enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and two Goldendoodles.

Ariana

With over 12 years in sales, including 7 in fine jewelry, Ariana combines industry expertise with a warm, approachable style that puts clients at ease. Her love for animals and commitment to fitness keep her grounded, while her adventurous side has even led her to go skydiving for fun.

Joshua

New to the jewelry industry, Joshua brings fresh energy and a friendly, approachable style to his role as Sales Associate. He’s passionate about helping customers and making their shopping experience enjoyable. Married and with a new puppy, Joshua is excited to grow with Burnell’s and get to know our customers.

Emily

Emily joined Burnell’s in 2025 with several years of experience in the jewelry industry. She loves helping clients find pieces that feel personal and lasting. Emily is married with a daughter and recently added a new puppy to her family, along with a few cats. Outside of work, she enjoys heavy metal, fast cars, and anything with a little edge.

Samantha (Sam)

Sam joined Burnell’s in 2022, bringing years of jewelry industry experience and a BFA in Metals, Jewelry, and CADCAM from Temple University. She’s known for turning customer visions into stunning custom designs and enjoys exploring new digital art techniques in her spare time. At home, she shares life with her husband and two dogs.

Erin

Erin is a seasoned Bench Jeweler with 15+ years in the jewelry business. She has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, but her dad convinced her to take a jewelry class for fun—and she never looked back. Her passion for the industry led her to earn a Graduate Gemology degree from GIA in 2009. She has several cats and a dog named Bambi.

Matthew

Matthew joined Burnell’s in 2022 as an apprentice jeweler and quickly fell in love with learning from the master jewelers. A graduate of Newman University with degrees in English and Theater, he brings creativity and enthusiasm to the bench. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys writing poetry and hosting game nights.

Jereny

Jereny keeps Burnell’s operations running seamlessly, managing both inventory and bookkeeping with care. Fluent in Spanish and known for her can-do attitude, she’s always ready to lend a hand. While studying business at Wichita State, she’s settling into life in Wichita with her cat and enjoying all the new experiences the city has to offer.
