All items on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only items that are available for purchase, occasionally we may list an item that is unavailable. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Although we strive to ensure that each product image is as accurate as possible, some pieces may appear slightly smaller or larger than their actual size. Further, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may affect how the product image displays on your screen. We are not responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of our merchandise on your computer screen, and cannot guarantee the accuracy.

Product prices are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer’s money if we find that a price was listed incorrectly.

Although we strive to ensure that all product details are 100% accurate, there may be occasions where product descriptions contain errors. We reserve the right to change product details and images at any time (including after you have submitted your order) at our discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to return any unworn, unaltered items for a full refund or store credit. You must return your purchase within 21 days of receiving it.

SPECIAL ORDER
Items marked “Special Order” are either not currently in stock in our store, need to be custom made, or require further information from the customer. Please expect several weeks of delivery time and call our store to make your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Burnell’s is happy to offer free two-day shipping on all Burnells.com orders shipping to the Continental United States for purchases over $150. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. For orders under $150, we offer a flat rate 2-day shipping fee of $25.

Generally items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 2 pm CST, we will consider the order that is received the next business day. Here are some other shipping items you may need to know:

• In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment.
• If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc), then shipment may take an additional 2 weeks.

Because your items are valuable, we use FedEx or USPS Priority. Both require a signature for all deliveries. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives.

We are happy to gift wrap for you! Please add a note for us at checkout.

Things to know about rings.
Rings ordered in sizes not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to ship. They are also non-refundable.

If you need your finger sized we can do that in-store for you.

RETURNS

At Burnell’s, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for a refund or in-store credit. Please read the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

You have 21 days to return an item after the purchase date. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a salable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved or otherwise altered, either by us, or by a third party.

A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for the purchase. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.

EXCHANGES
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy.

GIFT RETURNS
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 21 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase.
